Only one of the competitions this weekend has a time limit, the 20 km distance in Skálavíkurhlaup. In order to be allowed to complete the 20 km, you need to reach the junction at the top of Skálavíkurheiði (approximately 6 km) within one hour after start.  Those who fail to meet that limit will be allowed to change over to the shorter distance, 13 km.
